"When a person is interviewing for a position at Xerox be very professional."

"What I did not like about working at Xerox is, I was a contractor, an I was promised to be hired as a regular employee. Well a new law took, that no matter how good you are, you can not be a contractor long that 18 months... So I got laid off."

"The suggestions I have for management is, tell a regular or contract employee, tell what is expected of them up front. If the position is possible for permanent let the employee know."

"Independence in merging acquired software with French comments and networking software. Ability to set my own design to reach the release software."

"Be firm and confident, they will steam roll acommodating personalities."

"Beligerant Roman style management including insults and threats. Management's refusal to allow sufficient communication and documentation between design engineers to do the job."

"Listen to your software designers and stop trying to turn cheap acquisitions into robust products on a short schedule. Take the time to test the product thouroughly during development."

"Learning the sales process - making your calls to fill your suspect pipeline, building your master prospect list, setting appointments, working together with customers in a consultative approach to arrive at a solution they approve and how important the post sale follow up is the the relationship."

"When they ask you to sell this pen - what they mean is ask Are the the decision maker and How many locations might need this pen. Always write a personal hank you letter after the interview."
