"Xerox was a family and everyone helped out, with whatever was going, on. Management trained the employees to be able to do more than just your job, so in the event someone was out sick, production did not have to shut down. I was an administrative assistant, but this is where I actually learned how to write and create reporters and filers, and it became second nature."

"If you get the chance to work for Xerox, it will be a life changing event, which will stay with you forever."

What don't you like about working at Xerox?

"The only thing that I did not like was when the company decided to move most of their planets to Mexico, and only keep a few in California, but I understand that it was a business decission and not personal"

"Lack of direction in management , constant reorganization of departments and responsibilities, no real job security."

"If you are a contractor, be careful."

"A woman supervisor who was very vicious, wicked, envious, brutal and cruel. Yet her Manager just approved of her style since she was doing the dirty job of running off employees whom she envied."

"I am so tired of giving my suggestions to be gone with the wind. They pretend that they are of no value, turn around and implement them as their own."
