"Be able to run 1.5 miles in 12 minutes and enjoy doing push-ups and sit-ups."

"Not a big fan of the physical training, running, lack of guts to make the tough decision from higher ups."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Make a decision. It might not be the best decision right away but have the guts to make a decision."
"I decided to retire from the military because after 20 years, I wanted an opportunity to utilize my skills and expertise in the civilian workforce. The military taught me to be a good leader but without the military showing me that in order to be a good leader you have to first be a good follower, I would not have gained the vast understanding and knowledge of what it takes to ensure success within a project."
