"You would need to see a recruiter first. The background check is intense but if you don't have anything to hide then you are ready to serve."

"It was the Air Force. There really wasn't anything bad to say about them. They would bend over backwards to help anyone out."

"The Air Force ran management from the books. It was the military so you either follow directions or you don't."

"The brotherhood of all the men and women that I worked with and for was something non other than any environment I worked in. It was a great and memorable time in my life."

"You can only prepare yourself so much before joining the Air Force. All the preparation in the world cannot prepare you for what you will endure. Just be open minded and get ready for constant change."

What don't you like about working at United States Air Force?

"It sometimes was stressful but not too stressful. Sometimes the management wasn't there and the things we had to do were sometimes tedious."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"It's hard to summarize in words, but when there are young men and women deemed with responsibility at an early age, sometimes it comes off as poor management. My only suggestion is watch who you choose to be in charge of a specific task."
