"Do not let your physical fitness falter. Even if for some reason it were to become lax again. It is a good idea to continue with it."

"Physical fitness is far too demanding. Several of the new changes to the program do not seem to make any sense."

"There are times that my direct supervisor is unforgiving. I would ensure that this does not happen."
