"Make sure you have an extensive knowledge in recruiting as well as possess the ability to speak well with applicants and a great knowledge of sales techniques. Recruiting is difficult if you are always searching for the right thing to say. It should come naturally. You should love to interact with people on all levels. A great personality is always desired."

"It is difficult to maintain a family!! Promotion is based on seniority and general Air Force knowledge. Supervisors do not have to be proficient in their career, they just have to test well on subjects not related to their job."
