What do you like about working at United States Air Force?

"I am part of something bigger than myself. I get to meet and interact with new people daily and create long lasting friendships. I have the opportunity to learn new things regardless of experience."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Make sure you have an extensive knowledge in recruiting as well as possess the ability to speak well with applicants and a great knowledge of sales techniques. Recruiting is difficult if you are always searching for the right thing to say. It should come naturally. You should love to interact with people on all levels. A great personality is always desired."

What don't you like about working at United States Air Force?

"It is difficult to maintain a family!! Promotion is based on seniority and general Air Force knowledge. Supervisors do not have to be proficient in their career, they just have to test well on subjects not related to their job."
