"I have had numerous opportunities to grow, and been lucky to have supervisors that believed I was ready to take on leadership positions despite my relatively short time in the career. I have enjoyed working with passionate people that care about the mission."

"I have been an Air Force member for 20 years. I have worked in several areas at 5 different bases. I have had 2 different career paths. The military isn't for everyone but I personally enjoy the structure of it. The pay could always be better but for the one weekend a month I give it's not bad. I have had several different supervisors and supervised a few people. I have learned that no one answer fits 'em all."

"I've worked here since 2009 and have seen a lot happen with furloughs/potential RIFs and a mass exodus of engineers leaving for greener pastures. It can be an awesome place to work (with the right peers) but can also be one of the most frustrating places to work with limited resources and possible insecurity of your job. Benefits can be awesome, but pay will be less than other places. For engineers there's always more work than you can handle, but other jobs it seems less so."
