"Look after your own professional development because it's the only way it will get done. Do your job and don't get discouraged by lack of opportunities for job growth."
What don't you like about working at United States Air Force?
"I feel like I'm doing the same thing over and over. When I've offered to be pro-active is not taken into account. I lack feedback and direction from my superiors. I would appreciate a more forward looking atmosphere than waiting for things to happen and us taking action."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I would be more engaged in the daily activities of my employees and provide constant feedback or direction depending on what works for the specific employee."
