"I have worked for the US Army since 2010. I found it to be a great place to work when you are starting in life. There are great opportunities available to everyone at any level. The culture is strong and leaders at all levels were excellent on performing their jobs. Fellow soldiers and their families are there to support each other."

"The Army was an excellent experience tool for me personally. I really liked traveling all over the world to different countries. My job skills were sharpened as well. By far one of the best jobs I ever had, was while I was in the U.S. Army."

"The U.S. Army is a different world based on what your job is. If you have a job that is over saturated you will likely not get promoted even if a coworker has less qualifications."

"In the 6 years I have served on active duty in the US Army I have experienced a lot, and have learned a lot as well. The biggest thing I gained was all of the training, specifically in my field of IT.Though it may not be for everyone, there is a lot that can be gained from serving. Everything from camaraderie to technical skill."

"The Army was great until they started cutting everything. By the end of 2012 married soldiers had to pay out of pocket for meals while we were in the field training. Most of the time we did not get to eat but we still had to pay anyway."

"My company is a Government Company, it is the Army National Guard. I am glad I decided to finally pursue something I would love to do, which is fight for my country and be willing to die for not only my country but my Battle Buddies to my left and right. It was a wise move and I wouldn't change it for the world. I regret nothing. So my job is my life and it is who I am, it is more than just a job, it is a lifestyle."

"Toxic leaders vs quality personnel makes for a poor environment. I am a highly trained, battled tested, lawn-mower. Waste of time, resources, and money. We are too involved in our subordinate's lives to allow them to breathe and grow as adults, be their own persons, and above all, be stress free."
