"All you can do is be honest, and make the best of what you have. Don't sell yourself short."

What don't you like about working at United States Army?

"I don't like having a choice about the way things go, we are controlled from so much higher than we are, we go where we are told and when we are told. Things can change on a whim, you never know what to expect. I'm talking on a grand scale, such as deployments. While I don't mind working for a boss at all, in the army, your ultimate boss is a politician."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I always believed that the golden rule will never steer you wrong. Treat others as you would have them treat you. Being positive and focused on what needs to get done, and through your example you will motivate your employees to do the same."
