"The sometimes lack of communication between different departments. Slowed productivity down."

"Store level: we are a whole team, not just your specific area. Higher up: we can't control guests. The store isn't always going to be perfect."

"Restricting access to after working hours is not acceptable in the company, week end access to building is required in case of highly critical issues."

"Still trying to figure it... everyone has their own personal preferences... I would like to keep it to myself as learning and try to work upon it."

"There is a lot of politics going around in the company. If you are good at it you will succeed and no one cares about how you perform at your work... very slow recognition and less salary."

"You should treat everyone properly and rate them based on their performances and not whoever is licking the boss most gets the icing on the cake."

"The flexibility of work schedule. I like the fact that I work in the evenings which leaves my mornings and afternoons free."

"Keep your personal life separate from the workplace. It is possible that your personal business will be shared with everyone."

"Nothing is private or confidential, even when you go to management with a problem, somehow it always is transferred to other employees."

"I would get a new management team. I would make sure policy and procedures were being followed. Give the employees a class on following policy and procedures properly once a year so this information is fresh for each new year."

"I liked the people that I was working with and the customers."

"Make sure that you come ready to work and be prepared for the best and worst of customers. Overall, it's a good job to have."

"There really wasn't anything about the company that I didn't like."

"If you have other options keep them open. They ask a lot of, Tell me about a time when... questions. Be prepared with a situation, action taken, people involved and an outcome. Express impact it had and the scope and complexity it had."

"The politics and brown-nosing that goes on. You won't advance anywhere if you see things differently, don't kiss up or play their games. No one listens to new ideas and recognition. Upper management (ETL's/, STL) do no support you and will not help you complete heavy workloads even when you ask for help weeks in advance."

"Listen and hear out your team members. Take action when they come to you with a concern or issue. Don't spread rumors or things told to you confidentially. Work with them, for them, stand up for your team. Don't come in as the mean boss, and get in there and do the work too."
