What do you like about working at Target?

"I love nearly everything there is about Target. I think it's a wonderful place to work with plenty of colorful characters who are there day in and day out to help each other and grow as adults as well as workers."

"Be yourself and be proud to be given a chance to work for such a great company. Know that working at Target will not only be enlightening compared to some other retail jobs, but you will learn life lessons working there as well."

What don't you like about working at Target?

"The only thing I'm not fond of at Target is the lack of decent pay and the lack of decent hours per week."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Don't be afraid of giving the dedicated employees that want to be at work the amount of hours they deserve."

"There were times the hours of work were minimized. But overall, it was a great experience."

"It seemed as though the number of new staff would highly affect the other employees' work schedule. So perhaps not hire too many staff at one time."

"I would suggest that people go in with a great attitude because even though it didn't get me quite exactly where I wanted to be, it still got me pretty far."

"I don't feel like there is enough room to grow with the company like there used to be."

"I think there needs to be more middle management positions, so that there are more opportunities for people to have a stepping stone in order for working into higher management."

"The pay was very minimum. And there is nothing else I can think of as of this moment."

"Increase the basic pay rate to being sustainable and providing full time hours."
