"It's a pretty decent company, with local and worldwide clients. Employees seem to be satisfied with how they are being treated and the overall experiences that they have on a day to day basis. I for one, love the decor of Sprint. Sprint Campus on a whole is a wonderful environment to work in. Best job I've had in all my career, and I wouldn't change anything about it."

"Challenging work with rewards, also a pleasant environment to work in great stepping stone on your way to your career of choice."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Be honest, straight up, if you're a technical type of guy or girl you will love working for this company."

What don't you like about working at Sprint?

"Just the way they have the technicians structured under the store level management who have no idea about the technical aspect of the job. They don't really care about tech work because all they want to do is sell, sell, sell!"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Go back to the way things were, have a roving management team for the techs because they made us feel like they cared. We asked for something, it got done because they were just there for us."
