What do you like about working at Sprint?

"It was a great experience working for Sprint over 5 years under 2 different managers as a contractor."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Be honest, and focus on what they need you to do even if it is new to you."

What don't you like about working at Sprint?

"Appreciation to my efforts, and flexibility in work time schedule. Technicality is with results. Part of the service period working for the NHQ in Reston, VA, I worked remotely for about 9 months from my home in IL, running a 24/7 computer models (I developed for site & technology consolidations) in 4 different regional work stations."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Continue to be open minded, and results oriented with your staff including contractors."
