"be more open to moving people up instead of hiring from the outside for better routes instead of moving up people who have put in their time"

"Well organized structure with clear objectives. The opportunity to get promoted to larger and more lucrative routes."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Just be prepared, at least starting out, to obtain low pay per hour until you can get promoted to or offered a lucrative route. Then be prepared to spend a lot of time on your route."

What don't you like about working at Republic National Distributing Co.?

"Was unable to get a route in my area. Had to drive 50 miles just to start my route. Sales Staff responsible for their own fuel bills."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Provide compensation for fuel. Try to be more sympathetic to how far a salesperson has to travel just to get to work. When you get a good route, you have to work 6 day weeks and all holidays."
