"I work for Raytheon for 5 years"
"I've worked for Raytheon since 2017. The company has an amazing leadership program, although working for IT or collaborating with IT can be a huge mess. The organization overall is very structured, and management will always have your back. Time off is flexible and hours are always accommodating, just be sure to speak to your supervisor about it."
"Strong government contracting company that uses tech to solve government problems. It's a traditional large corporate, where there is a chance to growth but it lags in other areas where you tend to go backwards from time to time. However, the pay is exceptional and work life balance is awesome!"
"I worked as an intern for Raytheon through the summer of 2019. My supervisor and team were very friendly and gave clear direction for my expectations as an intern. They gave me opportunities to prove my abilities and were very helpful for the execution of my job."
"I've worked with Raytheon since 2012, and began working for them in 2018. Great company to work for. They take care of their employees."
"Don't waste your time I could go on and on but why they don't care about you and will use you up and lay you off"
"I learned a lot about the corporate world and it's challenges by working for Raytheon. When complex problems arise, it may take longer than other companies to find a resolution through the challenges of government regulation and corporate politics. While this is archaic, it is beneficial to the young professional in organizing their thoughts to be consumed effectively by an older work environment."
"I have worked for Raytheon Solipsys for over 5 years, and it is a strong company. Their benefits are good, the PTO is amazing as it is built up over the years. However, they need to listen to their employees more and so that the company can be more innovative and competitive."
"The company is very good for learning the skills to launch you to another level. The people you work with are very knowledgeable and usually pretty easy to work with. Building I'm at is pretty old and they still have a lasting "good ol' boy" kind of workplace. The work is pretty fulfilling with your average day-to-day things that can get monotonous. Overall, not a bad place to work."
"I enjoyed the laid back work environment and the collaborative atmosphere."
"Raytheon has so many programs and future contracts. It is easy to move around to programs of your interest."
"Pros: 1. Dynamic work environment 2. Friendly Co-workers 3. Great pay Cons: 1. No, opportunity to work as a team 2. Limited scope of experience like working with only a few languages"
"Nice place to work, interesting projects"
"I've worked at Raytheon for 4 years."
