"I've been at Raytheon for 18 years. I have found that it's a good place to work generally, but I would characterize the managing style as "Old School". As such, the company seems slow to embrace change. However when they do, they ask for little employee input. One major problem with the company is a very unfair method of promotions that pits completely unrelated people against each other."
