"A little heavy on the middle engagement size. Constant re-orgs as a result."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"One re-org every two years should be the maximum. More than that and it's just silly."

"Get everything you want in writing or it doesn't mean anything."

What don't you like about working at Northrop Grumman?

"No growth potential with the company, benefits change with very little notice and zero input from employees. Pay is below market standard. Treated as if we should be appreciative to have a job at all."

"None, no persons in management would listen if we do. It's a bare bones contract and there is no room for improvement."
