"Be yourself, and speak about your qualifications and accomplishments you had in the past. Be very specific in your interviews by giving specific scenarios. (Give a situation - what did you do and what were the ending results)"

What don't you like about working at JPMorgan?

"I dislike the lack of career advancement. Every time I looked to get information on enhancing my career I was told something totally different."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Visit the stores more often and find out what really goes on. Have a more open door of communications with all managers."
