"It's the industry leader."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"If you're getting started in banking, it's great. I have been in banking for over five years. Things change, and those changes can affect how you work today. If given an opportunity to move up or laterally, do it. Don't pass it by because of what you have now is good."

What don't you like about working at JPMorgan?

"Certain management there does not see or understand situations, as if they are oblivious to the real needs of both customers and their employees."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"They need to occassionally sit down for an entire day in the employees' shoes and really see what happens on a day-to-day, customer-to-customer basis."
