They have a wonderful culture of inclusiveness and great pay and benefits, the company values its employees as well as their customers. "I would have them sit with the bankers to voice the opinion of the customers."

"Chase gave a lot more support in the way of sales training and product education than most financial institutions. They wanted their bankers to be a jack of all trades, in terms of financial products and selling to customers. The great part about this was that you were allowed to really work with your preferences and strengths."

"Although I really enjoyed JPMorgan Chase, the company culture and belief sometimes got diluted down the line."
