"I would have them sit with the bankers to voice the opinion of the customers."
What do you like about working at JPMorgan?
"Chase gave a lot more support in the way of sales training and product education than most financial institutions. They wanted their bankers to be a jack of all trades, in terms of financial products and selling to customers. The great part about this was that you were allowed to really work with your preferences and strengths."
What don't you like about working at JPMorgan?
"Although I really enjoyed JPMorgan Chase, the company culture and belief sometimes got diluted down the line."

"Show confidence. There is a lot of room for advancement. Advancement seemed quick if you had what it took."

"Middle management is clueless about the actual customers and flow of traffic. They are interested in numbers only."

"Management must stop comparing branches the way it's currently done. It's not a realistic approach and is unfair to hard-working teams who care about their customers."
