"It is a solid company that is going through financial issues. If there is a position that looks like it will be stable for the next few years, it would be ok."

What don't you like about working at Hewlett-Packard?

"I liked the people. Despite the environment, most of my co-workers were talented and cooperative."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"The greatest area of improvement is in the area of support tools."

"The location and the people that I work with. The work environment was nice at Hewlett Packard."

"There seemed to be more than one person interview you and it seemed more like a panel of people, not one on one."

What don't you like about working at Hewlett-Packard?

"The management changes a lot and there wasn't a manager that gave you any career advice. Their forced reduction package wasn't that great but they really did help with finding you another job within the company. I would rather use some of that money to pay for insurance."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Open your door and the people are out there to help each other, and to help you improve their career path."

"The ability to work from home when I choose to."

"Do not join this company unless you are a psychophant."

"No innovation and too much governance so people can't get their job done."

"Let people see each other instead of banning travel; cut out bureaucracy; integrate all workers instead of isolating."

"100% work from home. The job was interesting and kept me busy."

"Nothing, I loved working for HP Enterprise services. The best part was getting to work from home."

"Better planning from upper management in order for the people to do the required work."

"Lack of visibility from upper management regarding the importance of a full QA staff."
