"The company had a cutting edge culture that empowered people to do their job. We had a clear vision of what he General Manager wanted, and he was always available, and most interested in helping his employees achieve the companies goals."

"Because we grew so fast, there were many 75-80 hour weeks, and the growing pains were indeed painful. We were always a few employees short, and it seemed as if we never had the time to take a breath"
