"No, because it was closed already. Next time try to find a longer lasting company."

"Quickly closed. I did not gain experience there. I wish I chose a better company."

"No suggestion. Should strive for survival. Some of the managers are still my friends."

"It gave a lot of experience to what it would be like once I completed my degree and was ready to enter the workforce. Even though GE was a huge company, the people that I worked with treated you like family and was always there to help anytime you needed it."

"Just be yourself. The last thing that you want to do is act like something you are not."
What don't you like about working at General Electric?
"All of the bureaucracy. There was one project in particular that I worked on with another co-op that we almost finish and someone would come by and say they didn't want it to look like that. We would change the look and another person would send us down another path. This became very frustating after the third time."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"When important decisions need to be made, leave it either up to a committee or one person. This prevents the situation I discussed before where a project was being pulled in different directions at the same time."

"The work culture, adoption of best practices like AGILE, the opportunity to work with lots of talented individuals, focus on continuous improvement."
