"The company was progressive. I was lucky enough to work with people that were extremely talented. I appreciated the focus and respect for quality and process management."

"My experience is that it was difficult to maintain an acceptable work/life balance. If that is a priority I would ask about the immediate and senior managers, as well as the companies perspective. I would also ask very specific questions around long-term career growth opportunities."

What don't you like about working at General Electric?

"For the time and circumstances that were unique to me - the organization offered limited long term career growth opportunities for me."
