"there really is not much of growth opportunities once you become the senior IT staff"

"They should focus more on productivity, and less on processes, red-tape and stuff."

"Carefull what you say as GE does not want independent thinkers but people who will fill do only what they are told (yes men)"

"Too bureaucratic, not able to let field personnel make decisions which would affect positive operation of business unit. Company too worried about cost of safety programs where they would delay instituting safety programs over cost."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"There is many mangers that are making poor decisions including board members. I would remove those people and replace them with individuals who have many more years of experience. Do not just look at their education background as that does not make a good manager."
