"GE is not very flexible with work schedules due to due dates for machined parts."

"No viable suggestions for overall improvements. surveys done yearly company wide to help improve workforce satisfaction."

"With 300,000 employees, it's difficult not to feel like a number. Regardless of loyalty or performance, when re-alignments occur it's last in, first out. That's why I'm here now!"
