"Always ask if the contract is up for review or bid. If it is, make sure it is not part of a soon to be retired software that you are being hired to support."

"Work hard and be humble. That's the EB way. You have to put in the time and build your technical skills (as an engineer in my case) before you can move up."

"Unpaid mandatory overtime without even 40 hours of work a week for six months straight and mandatory Saturdays for work that could be done any day. All with no end in sight."
