"It is like family and has its growing pains. Still a young company compared to others in our field. Would not have traded it for anything in the world... Bravo Zulu."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Show your community involvement on your resume. Always tell specific details on how you as and individual worked well with in a team and as individual how you accomplish task and objectives to support the team, and how as an individual how you went above and beyond the call of duty in accomplishing goals or task that might not have been associated with your job function or department, or they could have been but you took it to the next level."
What don't you like about working at FedEx?
"New blood is needed in the Mid to Upper Management arena in the IT division. Department charge back does not exist in the IT area.Development should be allowed to bid on jobs like a vendor contractor would."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Setting of goals and objectives should be obtainable by gearing off of the layer objectives. Requirement for personal goals should be based on department needs. Do not let a mind go unchallenged. With automation employees and management evaluations should be more often, like right after a project is pushed into production... not once a year. This is how I view ownership should be taken. Implementation of cross training programs are needed for internal employees having a desire and the credentials to succeed."

"Working for a company that is the best in the business. The benefits are still great but like other companies they take away benefits slowly."

"Getting into management especially upper management is very political. It is who you know. You have to start off with a part time job."

"Break up the good o boy network and hire the best qualified person! You do a great job with taking care of your employees."
