"Be prepared to present your skills, knowledge, and work experiences as effectively as possible. The people at FedEx are very nice, down to earth people."

"I had a very long commute which could have been eliminated with the accomodation of 30 to 50 percent remote support for my role."

"The management was awesome and provided support and resources to our team whenever necessary."

"Large company that lacks entrepreneurial opportunities. Singular focous on express while trying to grow into new industries."

"I like that we are encouraged to be creative and the company is really laid back."

"The company does not help in my professional career at all."

"Keep up the good work and try to diversify the merchandise in the retail area."

"I like putting packages in the bags and sending them down the belt."

"DON'T WORK HERE!!! IT'S NOT WORTH YOUR TIME! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!"

"It is difficult work. Very demanding. Too little rewards. We felt like slaves and we don't seem to matter as long as the work gets done."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I'd see to it there was a service manager there at all times."

"My coworkers. My current manager. I also find my job a challenge."

"Please find a different company to work for, because this is not the place anymore!"

"They took away our pay raise,they took away our choice for medical insurance too. Managers tell us you're lucky you have a job."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I wouldn't keep raising the out of pocket expense for my employees. I would offer better insurance. I would give raises and not take them away under the guise of something else. I would pay for the Christmas party."

"Nothing, I think all is good. People are good and nothing to complain."

"It is located in a desolate area with limited space."

"Recognize, support, talented employees, and encourage their accomplishments and contributions."

"I had very good time in working with FedEx and I used to develop reports and deliver them on daily basis and I had good support from my Lead (Barry Clay)."

"I don't have any negative feedback about FEDEX client."

"I don't have any suggestion to my FEDEX client because they all are really good in providing help and requirements."

"Their working style is good. High complexity requirements and good friendly environment."

"Prepare well as they are very good in Hyperion, and also do not panic because they make you very comfortable."

"Particularly nothing, as I was always occupied with work and busy learning. Did not focus much on what I don't like."

"Management here is really wonderful and given a chance would always love to go back."

"Self direction, independent operation, friendly environment. Direct interaction with customers. Christmas bonus."

"Show enthusiasm about serving customers and doing your best to handle upsets from customers."

"At times we had to wait for trucks during Christmas. No forgiveness on missed or late stops."

"Do a better job of controlling politics and different treatment of employees to cut favoritism out of the workplace."
