"If you have an interview, be careful. Do your homework about this company I could not find anyone that would honestly tell me they were happy working there."

What don't you like about working at Farmers?

"The constant lying that goes on. On one hand they know everything and on the other hand when confronted about problems or issues they deny everything, as if they know nothing. Which one is it: ignorant or liars?"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Have some integrity and be good to the people. Consider long term results opposed to short term threatening methods."

"Many products to offer so it wasn't just one thing that I handled on a daily basis. Every client had different needs. There were no boring times."

"Know that your work will be different every day because of the wide range of products offered and the various clients that have immediate needs."

"The Agent was my X-Husband."
