"Good people in the adjuster staff. Great profit sharing program made it worth the abuse before they scrapped it a few years back."

"Everything else. Sadistic management."

"Classes in basic empathy."

"I loved the fact that I was given a chance to learn new things."

"I was working crazy hours and LOTS of them, and home and school paid the price."

"Plan better and hold down the bottom line, if someone is not pulling weight get rid of them."

"It was comprised of an intelligent group of managers and co-workers. I learned a lot about the insurance industry through their company-sponsored education programs."

"I am saddened that the business decision needed to be made to move our unit outside of California, and that I was not able to find further employment with them despite my 19 1/2 years and excellent work record with them."

"I would like to suggest to really observe the talented people within its employ and to give them all the opportunities possible instead of losing them to other companies."
