"Upper management is out of touch with the realities of work/life balance and does not get that the financial climate in America has changed."

"The leadership of this company continues to be dominated by middle aged white guys who make hundreds of thousands of dollars. There is a desperate need for diversity, recognition that product pricing can't remain unchanged when the average US citizen is struggling to pay for basics."
