"The old bait and switch routine."

What do you like about working at Farmers?

"I met some very good people, dealing with customers was good."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Don't!"

What don't you like about working at Farmers?

"A lot of double-talk, had to invest my own money into starting an agency that ultimately foundered, I had to invest and pay for advancement before ever getting the opportunity to train and develop, and the training was extremely poor. I would say they set you up for failure."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Improve the training, establish a stipend plan for developing agents, focus on screening agents better, and quit lying to new agents. By the way, you still owe me money."

"Design a better training system to get agents up and earning as quickly as possible."
