"Horrible place to work for. Higher ups are very unprofessional. Constant mandatory overtime and moving up is based off popularity. I was a top sales agent from the beginning of my employment, the bonus incentives were very good. My supervisor was one of the best an agent could ask for. The company is outsourced and human resources is impossible to work with. I have been waiting a month to receive my check and can get absolutely no help at all from anyone within the company. Horrible company."

"That is the issue. There was nothing positive about working at that company"

"The people that are promoted are friends and family not competent, educated and capable people. They will promised you the world to get you in but will not deliver once you work for them."

What don't you like about working at Convergys?

"The cut workers pay,The don't actually provide incentives they promise despite how hard you worked and especially in sales. THey demand sales over good customer services. Management was incompetent"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Listen to employee complaints,reducing CEO unrealistic demands,working a day in their shoes to better understand their frustrations and worries."

"This is, by far, the worst place I've ever worked. POOR MANAGEMENT!"

What do you like about working at Convergys?

"The only good thing about working here was the money. Every three weeks you got a commission which, often, was pretty big (the biggest I got was $880 on top of my paycheck.)"

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Don't worry about the interview. The turnover rate there is so high (so many people quit) that they're are (literally) always hiring."

What don't you like about working at Convergys?

"The management here was just chaotic and trying to put time off was just way harder than it needed to be."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Break management up! The site that I was at have over 900 people working for there and only 10 managers. That's not enough. Break it down even more so that the managers (not team leaders) are more in tuned with their employees."

"If you have previous experience with working from home or working in a call center you should do just fine."

What don't you like about working at Convergys?

"I have had countless issues with the systems that they use causing me to miss work and not be paid for this time. Since it is based off what the tech support says as far as if it is your system or the company's systems."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"A great amount of evaluation of the systems and how tech support resolves issues and having the amount of time it takes for resolving things needs to be done."

"We are so quota and statistic driven, not customer driven, always just one phone call away from being terminated."

"I would make the rep areas more soundproof so reps and customers can better hear each other. I would put more emphasis on quality than sales quotas. I would pay employees more."

"The management was terrible, and they only promoted their friends. They always gave the minimum raise (ten cents) each time they gave them out."

"Treat people with respect and promote the right people. I would also make team leaders take a class on treating people better."
