"Senior management is good; it's just support supervisors who are petty weak."

What do you like about working at Zerve?

"The company is okay for the service it provides. There are some nice people to chat with and then there are those that have no personality."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Avoid the company. You can gain more exposure working with an established company with experienced supervisors, not just college students who think they are experienced because they have a few more weeks under their belt."

What don't you like about working at Zerve?

"I think the 5th reviewer on this post said it all. The reviewer stated he/she is a supervisor and they have a young staff level which is great. For a supervisor to make an age discrimination comment like that tells you that the company, Zerve, does not train its supervisors in labor laws. There is one supervisor in particular that is very rude, speaks 100 miles per hour and lacks personality and people relationship. She is in the New York office and lets the title of a supervisor go to her head. I was anticipating Fridays, because she was not in the office. Many of the staff forget they are their as customer service representatives, but just because one is here a month longer, they think they have seniority. It's not only funny, but shows that they have a mentality that hasn't yet developed. This is not the real world exposure, but when they get to that level, they better braise tight. LOL."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Management needs to be more considerate of the very low hourly wage they give, and weigh that against the expectations they have of their employees. Every day there is a new policy on one or more accounts. It's hard to do your job with policy after policy after policy. Realize you are running a business with INTERNS not experienced employees. $10 an hour can only go so far."
