Everyone has a basic desire to be heard and understood, and if you fail to hear and address a customer's concerns, then they will feel fear or anxiety, and if a customer fails to hear and understand a CSR they begin to feel frustrated and annoyed. Customers need to listen and understand as much as CSRs."
