What don't you like about working at Comcast?

"The constant changing of direction from one month to the other while reducing the value of good customer service."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Customer service should all ways be rated the highest of all other matrix. Forgetting this again and again will only lead to a loss of customers and constant high level of turn over which both costs the company way more money than it would by increasing the customer satisfaction."
