"I would suggest to pay closer attention to their employees for what they bring to the corporate table. I met various people with skills that could possibly take the company to the next level and unfortunately, sometimes they get unnoticed."

"treat people like people and only punish the ones that make mistakes and not all employees for one person, and unless you have changed it already review your training for the floor workers what you had was mostly no good"
