"I have nothing bad to say about my previous employer, I learned everything there is to know about sales/marketing, especially sales. I was given all the tools and training to become successful in my department. I was able to shadow professionals, including some of the company's leaders and was able to visit accounts and make sales on my own. I worked in a team environment and individually and enjoyed the combination. I experienced diversity and a very challenging environment which was perfect."

"A very employee friendly, family-like environment."

What do you like about working at Coca-Cola?

"Very family-like. No fear of the company every disappearing or falling apart. Lots of leadership training. You are treated like a family member, not a disposable employee. Coke also celebrates just about every holiday that they can come up with. Lots of time off outside of your PTO."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Be yourself. They tend to look for those that will fit in with the family while bringing something useful to the table. Most job openings for salaried positions are a result of a gap analysis. You need to fill that gap."

What don't you like about working at Coca-Cola?

"A bit behind the times on technology. Most everyone that I worked with had been there at least 15 years so there's a definite unwillingness to change."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Can't think of anything. Management is pretty focused on getting the job done while taking care of their people."
