"Each facility has its own policies and the SOP's aren't standardized throughout the company."

"I would suggest that the management team strive more to improve associate engagement."

"Coca Cola Bottling Company was sold along with Arrowhead Water. It is now part of Coca Cola USA. No longer as diversified as before.Cannot give any suggestions for the company now."

"While as an internal auditor the department audited resulted in placing the auditor in charge and the manager departs."

"Audit departments on regular basis and not just when problems occur."

"Not many, the only thing I would suggested is if an employee is trying to return to service they should look more in the record of achievements."

"Coming in, negotiate a high salary from the start. Because moving forward you won't get the compensation you really want unless you know someone to stand in and stand up for your value of work."

"Many departments are run by the good ole boy system. It is mostly who you know whether or not you are given a chance at the larger paying opportunities."

"Interact and be more personable with my organization. Allow off site team building exercises as long as the events are within department budget."

"No face to face interaction with teams. No option to travel to attend meetings."
