"I have nothing bad to say about my previous employer, I learned everything there is to know about sales/marketing, especially sales. I was given all the tools and training to become successful in my department. I was able to shadow professionals, including some of the company's leaders and was able to visit accounts and make sales on my own. I worked in a team environment and individually and enjoyed the combination. I experienced diversity and a very challenging environment which was perfect."

What do you like about working at Coca-Cola?

"I like that the company has a very strong brand both in our product and in our company. I like that we want to be a positive influence in our community even if at times it results in misguided efforts."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Ask about where you can go after the current job -- don't just look for the job, but understand what options you have for a career."

What don't you like about working at Coca-Cola?

"The company does not allow employees to take risks. Risks and changes are discouraged even if the employee is willing to put in extra hours to make it happen. Unreasonable levels of approval are required which discourages risk taking and innovation."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I would embrace change and innovation. The company does a very good job in doing this with products and marketing, but needs to embrace this for our internal processes and work styles. Significant busy work could be eliminated and modern work styles (telecommuting, etc.) would make the employees more effective. My direct boss embraces this, unfortunately his superiors do not, which means he doesn't get to encourage these changes."

What don't you like about working at Coca-Cola?
