"I have nothing bad to say about my previous employer, I learned everything there is to know about sales/marketing, especially sales. I was given all the tools and training to become successful in my department. I was able to shadow professionals, including some of the company's leaders and was able to visit accounts and make sales on my own. I worked in a team environment and individually and enjoyed the combination. I experienced diversity and a very challenging environment which was perfect."

"Be careful! You may be the first chosen in cost-cutting layoffs if you are a master at your position and hit bonuses every trimester."

What do you like about working at Coca-Cola?

"I liked owning the beverage part of their business that helped them take advantage of specials and help them to grow and develop their business."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Tips for interviewing: 1) Come in with a smile and a positive attitude. 2) Show them you have a can-do personality and you are a hard worker. 3) Relate your real life experiences and how you handled them, when they ask questions."

What don't you like about working at Coca-Cola?

"I didn't like feeling as if I was on my own 99% of the time with no mentoring. When my boss would visit, he wouldn't commend me on the great job I was doing in 99% of my accounts, but chose to criticize me on the 1% that could be improved. Management gives very little to no positive re-enforcement."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I would suggest that they use the information they take from us on our annual review and follow through with it. They ask what your short term and future goals are but then do nothing to help you achieve them. A little direction and support from them would do wonders for morale there."

"Coke cut top performers in a time of economic downfall, just to keep their stock value high."

What do you like about working at Coca-Cola?

"I liked the freedom working with Coke. Also I had the ability to work with small business accounts and help them grow and become more successful."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"I suggest when interviewing with Coca Cola Enterprise to have high positive energy and a big smile on your face. When they ask you questions to be honest and relate it to experience that you have faced in your lifetime."

What don't you like about working at Coca-Cola?

"I didn't like management's internal growth process. There wasn't anyone around to help you with personal growth and professional development. Not that I mind having to work independently, but, I feel after 3-years some kind of mentoring process should of been in place to help young professionals become respectable candidates to higher levels of management."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"On our yearly reviews, they ask us to list our short term and future goals. Unfortunately, nothing was done to help us reach those goals. If they actually cared about their employees, leadership would help employees reach their goals. This is what I would change. The company should pursue continual education and development of its managers."
