"CIGNA was a great company to work for however it was sometimes frustrating not to have an onsite IT person at our satellite office."

"I was fortunate enough to have had a great manager. Although he was located in another state, he made himself very available to his employees at all times."

"Better communication, back the employees up as much as possible. I believe there was a time when Cigna gave the employees a raise and they took it back."
