"Very grateful for my time and experience with Cigna. I learned a tremendous amount while working there. Amazing teams, solid leadership which provided me many development opportunities."
What do you like about working at CIGNA?
"The continuous training to serve the consumer correctly. The use of three terminals with about 9 applications each, you must be able to multi-task, that is a must."

"Stay focused."
What don't you like about working at CIGNA?
"False incentive plan, once they received a new system, horrible turnover."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Better communication, back the employees up as much as possible. I believe there was a time when Cigna gave the employees a raise and they took it back."
