"Once you start to promote people at the team leader to VP level, give them some management training before, during and after, and the turnover rate will change."

"Focus on IT growth in alignment with the business needs, where their competitors are, and specifically define these goals in a well developed 2-5 year plan that they stick too, and change ONLY when critically necessary."

"I really don't have suggestions since it has been some time since I worked there. My site closed so I am sure the management team have gone on to other endeavors."

"It was more or less a neutral expereince. I was hired to build and run a UM department. Shortly after I was hired, budget cuts stopped the activity. I had a position, but not much to do."

"They need to work to show employees that they care. Show up at a staff meeting every once in a while if nothing else."
