I have been working in customer service for more than a decade, and while I haven't found the career I would prefer at Cigna, they have been quite accommodating as an employer as it pertains to benefits and work-life balance."

"I used to work in-office in a run down building with poor ventilation. Now they have moved into a new office building, but I currently work from home (which is the biggest advantage of working for this company.) However, they are cracking down and have recently installed Big Brother, a program that tracks your every keystroke and mouse click. It's hard to work under that much scrutiny when yearly salary increases are minimal even at your best performance."

"Get everything in writing. The recruiter was fantastic, unfortunately the hiring manager was more focused on talking than doing."

"The culture of the company was not a good fit for me. I thrive in a highly ambitious setting and the other employees had no drive coupled with an entitlement attitude. Leadership was severely lacking."

"I loved my job at CIGNA, unfortunately they had cut backs which affected my entire department. They outsourced our jobs."
