"Be assertive, and they like aggressive people who can handle themselves... with little or no supervision."

"It was very dog eat dog, there was no loyalty or teamwork... if you wanted something done right you had to do it yourself."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"They need to be more in tune with the floor, it was always push and never pull, and in that respect they lost a lot of respect and morale of employees and supervisors."
