"I've worked for Spectrum for 3+ years on various front-end applications used by millions of customers. The work can be challenging and exciting, but there is lots of corporate red tape that comes with such a large company. Many teams are open to new technology adoption, the pay and benefits are great, but at the end of the day, the work isn't too exciting."

"The team and environment itself is very talented group along with managers who really care about your goals and you outside of work which is actually nice. The only negative to the job would be the lack of resources given completing a job or task as a team which doesn't fall on one singular group but often waiting days for IT to complete a fix so that we can continue with our work."
